Hi....I'm planning on starting my journey on Saturday morning! 5th Jan....Not the usual "I'll start Monday "! It's different this time....any tips would be gratefully received...and is it ok to exercise whilst on the plan? I'd love to get back to Zumba and swimming...wish me luck xxx
 
I'm starting today too, I think exercise is vital to help burn calories and to make you fitter. I have found when I do exercise I don't want to mess it up by over-eating so it's a win-win. Best of luck and happy new year!
