Hi there :wave_cry:, I started the CD this Monday in a bid to loose the 90lbs that I have put on over the last 12 years. A third of it in the last year while I was busy being pregnant and having a beautiful baby boy. He is 3 months now so no more excuses :sigh:

Looking forward to meeting you, hearing your wonderful stories and losing lots of weight in the coming months......
