Hiya, Congratulations on the birth of your little one. I'm sure 14 weeks has flown by!!

I bf my lo for 8months and started back at slimming world when he was 4 months. I ate all my HE's and my syns as I was worried about supply and I still had a fantastic loss. I made sure that at least 1/2 my plate at meal times was always superfree too which helped to fill me up.

    Good Luck :)

With regard to supply decreasing I think with all the free foods and stuff you'll be fine as long as you eat when hungry. The healthy extras are mostly for calcium I believe xx

Thank you all for your replies :)
I've lost 11.5 in 3 weeks but put on 1/2 this week, was gutted!
Consultant checked my food diary and said it was fine so I'll carry on and hopefully lose next weigh in.
I've been eating porridge most days and they say it helps with supply but it seems fine anyway.
I've bought different foods for this week to try so fingers crossed xx

Wow, 11.5lb in three weeks is amazing! I'm primarily breastfeeding my son who is 9 weeks old on Sunday, have been back at SW for four weeks now and have lost 1st 9lbs since he was born. I've been having all my HE's and have had no supply issues!

Hopefully you'll be back on the losses again this week xxx

Thank you missy :) I'm now 1lb away from my 1.5 stone award(hopefully get that on Saturday) and I've had no supply issues! So happy I didn't think you could lose weight eating all those hexa&b lol
I'm going to try some red days now xx
