My name is Liam, 23 and from the Middlesbrough area. Joined Slimming world on the 7/1/15 i n order to get back in to shape! Lost 8.5lbs in my first week, now in to my 2nd.. hoping loose another 5 stone before October - not sure if this is possible yet!
I find this forum interesting for useful tips and other information! I'm sure i will always get an answer to any questions or query's that i have!
