Just thought I'd say hello, started slimmingworld yesterday to rid my podge and support my wife-unfortunately as it was "Cheat night" last night IBS suffering for it today! Forum seems great idea I'll definitely use it for support and my "good" conscience when struggling with the biscuit and chocolate dilemma!
