... Can't help you there as whilst I'd eat it at someone else's house, I don't like it enough to ever buy and cook at home, blurgh!

I sometimes get brave & buy it, end up shoving it in the freezer, forget about it for months & then end up binning it Bit think I will either use seasoned smash/ cous cous to make a coating with SW wedges or do a soy/ginger/chilli marinade with veg & noodles :character0053:

Ah you need the shade in this weather, especially with the little ones, sounds like he's getting used to the water.

Coating on the fish was lovely, though the fish was still "fishy" for me. Think I'll try the coating on chicken next time. I mixe d cajun seasoning in with the smash, was tasty, worth a try

Up brite & early with mini-Issy, she's choked with a cough & a cold atback::sick:

Did me ITN (in the nudey) weigh-in, obviously in the privacy of my bathroom & I'm down.................a massive 4.5lbs I'm normally a 1lb to 1.5lb kinda gal, so this is huuuuggggeee:bliss:Thrilled, spurred on for another week. Obviously all the insane walking in the awful heat that resulted in sunburn & near bloody exhaustion was sooo worth it!!!

Thanks Milky, but food-wise it hasn't been a great day, been clocking up the syns, confession time, here comes the food porn...........:sign0007::booboo:

......had a fruit scone with jam & cream guesstimate 12.5syns
......tesco cheese & onion crisps 5syns
......3 roses chocs, the purple ones, has to be at least 6-8

Ok, I'm finished now, off to bed early & I shall go easy on the syns for the rest of the week :break_diet:

On a better note, enjoy you rswimming, be lovely in this weather to have a cool dip!!
