Help again please!

Hey everyone I bought whole golden linseed to ground to make the mims, However the carbs are really high, Much higher than that of flaxmeal which I have tried and no likey! Anyway I thought you could use Linseed or flaxmeal? Where am I going wrong? Thanks yal!!!
 
Should be the same product, where did you buy it?

I might try Tesco's Zimara, because for me same as Shell said the packs I have seen have been quite high in carbs per 100g of product
 
The Linseed I got from asda and its nearly 7 gms per 25gms and the flaxmseed from tesco and its 2gms per 100gms! Oh confused.com:sigh:
 
It can't be that high carb, it's all fibre for gods sake?
 
It seems the fibre and the carbs have pretty much the same content gms for gms. Think ill be shopping around to find a lower count. Glad 2 c u up n running again jim, laptop all better now?
 
I'm prepping my new one as we speak Shell. :)
