Help - am i not eating enough?

    I have just got in from WI and i have lost 2lb, i am really disappointed as the last 2 weeks last week i gained 3lb and this week i lost 2. i have been on EE and for brekkie had yogurt and fruit, lunch omelette or scrambled egg, or sandwich with more fruit and yogurt. then dinner, its been varied, but balanced out meals.
    speaking to someone outside class and she said maybe i am eating too much fruit and not enough protein, and maybe i am not eating enough food in general.
    I am feeling a bit disheartened, and was hoping someone could help me please?

    But you lost 2lbs :) Thats great :) AND its exactly what SW say you should be losing (between 1 and 2lbs a week)

    So DONT be disheartened youre doing great. If youre not sure about what youre eating why not start a food diary

    Hey the diet works and you have proved it this week. 2lbs is great!
    As starlight says if you worried start a diary but to me it sounds as if you are doing alright:D
