help. Am i out.

    Hi everyone.

    I am really gutted. I am on day 6 of ssing. Feeling really hungry and crappy so drove to the garage, avoided mcdonalds, and went into the garage to get milk. I picked up a packet of chewing gum, sugar free trident. I popped2 into my mouth then proceeded to read the back, they contained citric acid and 65g of carbohydrates. Do you think this has knocked me out of ketosis, i cant check as i have no stixs left. I will be gutted if it has as i am nearly at goal and would have been next week in time for my wedding.............

    help any advice........

    Don't panic - 2 sticks of chewing gum shouldn't throw you out of ketosis. Drink some water and chill :hug99:

    You'll be fine!

    At the end of the day although there is loads of carb you aren't actually swallowing it and therefore you should be fine.

    Just be careful as it can make you hungry as the saliva goes into your tummy.

    i chew trident continuously - not sure if its affected my loss or not but doesnt seem to affect my staying in ketosis

    Ive had another bad day too......picked a sausage....a. cocktail one........and a pickled onion off the kids plate Wiil than make a dif to my weight loss???

    And , i know this is a vwey weird question....but cd i have a drink of vinigar??? Im craving it rite now!!!! NO IM NOT PREGNANT!!!! :p
