Help!!!! Boots shapers sandwiches!!

Is there a list of points for thesae anywhere?? I made a lovely salad last night and Ive comeout without it this morning, I work next door to Boots so can pop there quickly for a sandwich at lunch but need the points!! Thankyou!!!xx

most of the boots shapers things are about 4-6 points, there is a site but i think we arnt alowed to post it anymore, if you get one then work out the points later/or save the NI and post it if you dont have your own calculator
