Hi guys i started DC on sunday and weighed myself today and havent lost a single pound
( i am having my 3 meals & snack plus adding fruit & veg and drinking alot but nothing!!
plus i not really enjoying the lunches im finding the soups very bland??
i know the first week or two is trying the food and finding what u like but im feeling sad that i havent lost!!:cry::cry::cry:
