help for a newbie

Hi guys i started DC on sunday and weighed myself today and havent lost a single pound :(( i am having my 3 meals & snack plus adding fruit & veg and drinking alot but nothing!!
plus i not really enjoying the lunches im finding the soups very bland??
i know the first week or two is trying the food and finding what u like but im feeling sad that i havent lost!!:cry::cry::cry:

Give it time takes time for your body to drop the weight keep going it will show soon. Yes the first few weeks are trial and error to find what you like
 
It is very disheartening when you have tried your best and don't lose but I agree that you should keep going and don't give up. It will show on the scales eventually and may be a big loss next week to compensate.
