Help! - I need a bit of information

Good evening

After numerous attempts at doing Slimming World, I have decided to try Weight Watchers! I am going to try it at home due to finances really.

I'm 38 yrs old, weigh 13 1/2 stone and I'm 5'9". How many Pro Points am I allowed each day?

As I haven't got any of the literature and will only be going on the pro points on the food that I buy, and how do I go about measuring/weighing fruit and veg etc as well as knowing which foods are free in points??

I hope my waffle makes sense!

hiya, i also doing it from home...do you have a smartphone? there are some great apps that you can buy for her£1-2.50 where you can scan foods and it will tell you the points etc. you can also enter what foods you have had in the diary..
i have also purchased a book from ebay to help me.

You can get books on Ebay, the mag has some good stuff too, plus there are tons of posts on here with good info x
