    b:yoghurt banana grapes
    L:sarnie chicken mayo sweetcorn grapes tomato
    D:stir fry veg strips of steak
    Drinks 2 coffees 3 glasses water

    Confused as there is ee i'm going by my old books, how can i improve.used syns on mayo

    extra light mayo is 1/2 syn per tbsp so if you changed to that you could have a lot more! Is the bread wholemeal as well? or WW bread is easy to keep track of. It looks like your doing really well because about a 1/3 or more of all those meals is superfree food! If the coffee uses milk from your daily allowance (which it looks like it does because theres no cheese) then it looks spot on to me! I think if you take your food diary to your consultant they'll check it over for you to! x

    oh yeh, now i think about it, doesnt seem like a lot of food! Could snack on fruits/veg/lean meat/fat free yoghurt (e.g muller light) to keep your metabolism going? x

    thanks should've said extra light mayo & small 400g wholemeal bread.counting milk as my allowance. Will try eat more...
