Hi I'm new to this site I'm so pleased to have found people to answer my questions who are also working through this. I'm on day 9 and have lost 9 lbs but I have just cheated ive had a couple of slices of cucumber, 5 cubes of chicken marinaded in satay sauce and a a slice of ham. I have only had 2 shakes today so do I skip one and hope i haven't gone over my allowance ? I am showing still in ketosis. I'm so cross with myself because it's been a nightmare living through the first few days.
