dont worry i have bacon and egg (fried in fry light) once a week, usually after my weigh in. i know bacon isnt allowed but on the principles of Atkins it is a food that will keep you in ketosis and I need it to keep me going! although i have noticed that bacon is tasting very salty now i'm eating it since being on CD, hope that's a sign of my tastebuds changing (hopefully for the better!)
