HELP ME! Have I ruined it completely? CD

Hello

Okay so on my 3rd week of CD. Started as 12stone 4, lost 9 pounds in first week, 2 and a half in the second week?

This week i'm on a mix of step 2 and 3, toast for breakfast with shake, bar for lunch and chicken with 80g of veg for tea

Tonight I had mcdonalds and 2 terrys chocolate cookies, have I ruined the whole week completely, will I have a gain?

Please help!
 
When is wi? You could redeem yourself and come out with a loss if it's the beginning of the week. Drink lots and lots of water to try flush out any salts which can make you retain therefore gaining. Just be dead good for the rest of the week and time will tell, fingers crossed you won't gain

Yeah definately drink loads of water im sure you wont gain especially if its a few days till weigh in xxxx
