Im trying to fill in a food diary help with my meals x
nom yoghurt
all bran 28g
milk
fresh salmon from the counter
sweetcorn
runner beans
4 chopped spring onions
drinks are only water
i know i havent eaten enough today what do u think my consultant is going to say? thing is its after 6pm now and im still stuffed from my fish i dont really want to eat anything else
ive lost my appetite i dont really want to eat much atm
