    Hi,

I guess I am looking for help from the guys or from any gals out there who are doing CD with their hubbies!

I think I may have convinved my hubby to do CD when we come back from holiday and I was just hoping I could get any tips to help him. I know it's gonna be harder for him than me and I will support him as much as I can, but if anyone's got some hints and tips that I can pass on, I'd really be grateful as I would love for us to lose the weight together

    xx

It wont be harder, the weight will literally fall off him. Men lose a lot more in less time.

Go into the success story forum and have a look at some of the men on there.....it's gobsmacking.

Brilliant doing it together! WOOHOO!! xxx

Thanks, will take a look at those. I think it will be fine after a couple of weeks because the fast weight loss (how annoying is that!!) that men have will keep him motivated, but those first few weeks will be tough for him, I know, so want to keep him on the straight and narrow until he starts seeing the weight loss! x

icemoose has a blog somewhere. i'm sure if you search for him there's a link on his profile. if your hubby can read that and not be totally drawn into doing this for all the right reasons then he shouldn't be doing it. it is truly truly inspirational!!

:D Well it worked for me, i was 16st 8lbs and got down to 13st 5lbs in three months, went from a 38" waist to a 34", then i just upped my fitness levels and maintained it for a long time, fell off the wagon slighty last year, two weeks of sun sea sangria and lots of food, then a transfer to a new station without a gym in then xmas i got back in the 16s, but after a few weeks on s/s im nearly back in the 14s, so it does work and us blokes do seem to lose it quicker than you lovely ladies :D

awww thanks so much everyone - and thanks a lot Mike, will defo get him to have a read. I would say he has at least 10-12 stone to lose, which is why I think this would be the perfect diet for him, as it's the quickest way he will lose it.

    Thanks so much all x
