HELP Need a chicken recipe, no syns please!

Hello,
I am on an Original day, and would love some chicken recipes, preferably chicken breast.
I just don't want to use any syns, saving them up for next weekend

I usually grill chicken breast and have it with a homemade sauce or dip. Fresh tomatoes, fresh basil and balsamic vinegar is great, or make a sauce out of grilled peppers, onions and garlic, blend it all, mix it with passata, heat up and season to taste - lovely xx
