Apoligies but I am lost. I can only find Exante TS and as I am having 200cals of none packs per day I am looking for other people doing the same. Is there such a group? Really wanting to connect with some people going through the same as me. Thanks.

I've just switched from TS to WS, as I found the lack of energy too much with my job. Feel much better on WS, although I'm only having meals that are about 200cals. How long have you been doing WS?
