    Hi all

    :confused:

    I just need some help with points please. I am having a medium sized jacket potato with i'm guessing low fat chicken tikka. How many calories do you think is in that?? I bought it from the healthy food bar at the staff canteen.....its delicious...Mmmm!!

    On average a medium jacket potato = 2.5pts
    Chicken = 1.5pts (maybe). Tikka Mayonnaise = 1.5pts (15gm serving).

    So maybe a total of 6 or 6.5pts. Better to be safe than sorry.

    Well ur medium baked potato wud be 2.5 points and its 2.5 for a medium size chicken fillet, and then ur just havin to add the sauce, i wudnt think it wud be anymore than 7 for the lot?
