Im struggling to understand snack size portions?? For eg, i have just made up a salad of 3 slices of wafer thin turkey ham, 50g cucumber, 20g onion, 1/4 carrot and 30g salad leafs. I have made this up as my 2 snacks for tomorrow (mid morning and late afternoon) altogether the carbs add up to 6.8g. Have i done this right?
