Help? What do i do?

I've just realised that me and my CDC have miss judged how many CDs I need. Going for weigh in on Monday evening but only have 4 left. What can I use instead? Dare I risk something like slim fast?

Assuming there's no chance you can get to her to pick up some extras I'd initally try adding in extra protein like the SS+ or 810 meal plans. I'd assume high protein low carb food would keep you in ketosis and help keep hunger pangs away. Other than that not a clue other than to sympathise with you and wish you luck.
 
i always carry spares. why not phone her and tell her what's happened she might be able to see you earlier or drop some off.
