oh damn... i put a large spoon of cheescake in my mouth swished it around but just as i was about to swallow i spit it out...... i nearly but nearly messed up..

Well done for not swallowing.

In future everyone, including me, the ketosis question should be asked BEFORE anything other than CD goes into your mouth while SSing. Just my 2 cents.
