Help with Chicken

Hi I'm new to this definitely need help!

I went to Morrison's Cafe today and had a half roast chicken (no Skin) salad but it isn't listed in the eating out book.
I'm guessing the salad is free as it was lettuce, tomato, pepper, carrot and cucumber but how many points would i count for the half a roast chicken???
Please help!

well I think its 1 point per 100g of chicken... so try and work out roughly how much it weighed and point it
