Help with meals :)

Just wondering what you guys eat in a day to get up to around 1,300-1,500 calories?

I usually sit around the 1,200 mark which I'm not finding enough. Some days it's less but then at weekends it's always much higher but that's not from food that's from wine!

Just need help in the week for meal ideas to bump cals up to at least the 1,300 mark!

Would be much appreciated :)
