Help with portion sizes

I will do this...
I've done TS for quite a while now and have remained 100% without AAMW. I'm doing AAMW this week and as I've not eaten anything for so long I'm concerned my portion size will be the same as my unhealthy size days.

I'm having chicken breast with mozzarella on top grilled with broccoli.

What's a good portion size for this?

i would have thought one chicken breast, one piece of mozzarella and a handfull of broccoli.
 
I'm sure I'd seen somewhere that lean meat is to be the size of your palm, i would then fill up the rest of the plate with broccoli. I'd just put a light sprinkle of cheese on. I'm sure I you have been TS for a while u will struggle to eat a large amount. Good luck
 
i think the exante booklet says one portion of meat is 100g - not much!
 
Thanks for your messages everyone. I had a chicken breast and small matchbox of cheese and 4 florets of broccoli. Managed 3 florets and 3/4 of the chicken xx

Its a gooooood feeling, feeling full up and leaving some on your plate eh ?;)
 
In fact, when I think back, and I used to go back for seconds, or thirds.....
I wasn't hungry, and I never felt good about it. :(
Aye.... feeling full and leaving some is the future :D
