Help with pp value

Hi all, I calculated the pp in an asda good for you mash with cheese and brocolli snack pot and its coming up as 2pp.

Yet the cous cous 1 I have got is 6pp. Same size.

Just think the mash should be more?? Help !!

I always calculate with NI, never trust my Shopping Guide! Far too OCD for that lol x

Im doing something wrong when calculating it :-/ im getin it as 2pp.wat do u put for serving/ pprtion size? X

That link did have the nv for the whole pot yesterday, the nv that are there now are for per 100g made up, so you'd have to check the weight when it is made up, presumably adding water to it, then check the pp as im guessing your working out the pp for the dried product which will be lower as its a lot lighter when dry.

That's the reason I'm glad I never bought a shopping guide, I only trust my WW app and nv's!

Totally Agree! Most times the Shopping Guide is out of date! X
