Help !

Hubby and I fancy the Pix tonight, but of course the popcorn, nacho's etc are a no no, I think I will find it hard to manage to sit for 2 hours !

I have a cooked chicken breast in the fridge, I am on my 3rd week SS.

So you think I could nibble on that ? And if I do will it make any difference ?

Urgent advise needed !
 
You could have 120g (I think) of chicken breast as use it as a SS+ day? x
 
Or ................. if you have a bar, cut it inot tiny pieces and nibble on that
 
I have already had today 2 shakes and 1 bar..............so what would be better, a bar or chicken ?????
 
If you have a bar, have that! I go to the cinema regularly and cut up a bar (toffee) into pieces and freeze them. They are still nice and chewy when I'm in the cinema so I don't feel at all deprived. If you don't have any bars, then a chicken breast might be an option although personally I'd rather go without :)

EDIT: Just seen that you have had your bar today - I'd still go with a bar - feels more like a treat and won't do you any harm as a one off.
 
I wonder if I could manage without ?
I just don't want to have something I shouldn't when there ?
May not go anyways, might change to a nice walk, far more healthy !
 
I'd agree with herewego - but doing without altogether is clearly the best option! xx
