Going out for an Indian with everyone from work on Thursday. What can I have on atkins induction? Been doin really well and 12 pound loss over last two week, can feel the ketosis working and starting to feel positive about making this a lasting commitment ...... But I REALLY don't want to come out of ketosis for the sake of one night! Any suggestions???

Chicken tikka (no sauce) with sag pannea [sp] or vege curry.

Yep, as Zim says. :) most dry tandoori dishes are OK as well, it's the sauces that are the killer.

chicken tikka and mushroom bhaji are my hubby's faves when we go out for an Indian. Although, he's partial to a tandoori mixed grill, but think it's a HUGE plate of meat for a lickle girlie like me!! LoL

Thanks guys, great advice!! Looking forward to it now. Have looked at the menu and made a plan. Going for tandoori kebab and salad. It feels like there is an obstacle every few days at the moment. I now got picnics with the kids mastered, days out with friends are manageable, but meals out can still prove challanging!
