HELP!

Hey guys, I have been the same weight for the last two months (on/off/on/off) and it is really annoying me.

I admit to getting drunk once a week but I treat that like it has taken up almost all of my syns and only use about 6/7 for the rest of the week.

this is a typical day - how does it sound? I am starting to lose faith.

B: Hot weetabix with water (HEB)
L: AH cous cous (4 syns)
chicken (0)
sun-dried tomatoes (1.5)
sugar snap peas
tomatoes
red onion
D:
Pan fried skate (using fry light)
salad made of tomatoes, red onion, lettuce and cucumber served with feta cheese (HEA)

Any advice gratefully received.
