I've been doing SW for about 5 weeks. My first thought on looking at at your food diary is that you're not eating enough. Especially not enough super free food, even if you're not doing EE it's a good plan to have lots of superfree fruit and veg. Try some frozen (defrosted berries) with your yogurt for breakfast, have some fruit as a snack, or some chopped veggies. I'd also say you need more syns, aim for at least 10 a day or 70 a week.
I'm a bit of a grazer, i pretty much eat constantly. As an example this is what i've had today.
Apple, banana
Frozen fruit and yogurt
2 yellow plums
Cherry tomatoes, cucumber, celery, carrots,
Egg salad (2 eggs, salt, pepper, paprika, 2tbsp extra low fat mayo) 1 syn
5 scan bran (HExB)
3 babybel light
1 grapefruit
Small punnet grapes
Handful blueberries
More celery and carrots
DINNER:
2 red onions, 2 red peppers, 1 large courgette, bundle asparagus, chicken breast (diced), reggae reggae sauce (3 syns), rice noodles. (just to clarify i ate all this myself).
Plan to have some lychees, grapes and berries later and some chocolate at some point will be about 5 syns.
My syns are lower today as i've been saving a few a day all week so i can have a bottle of wine tomorrow.
I could eat for England. Lol.
