CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHY I CANT GET INTO A LOT OF THINGS?? I CLICK ON SAY TUTORIALS OR CHAT AND IT SAYS I AM NOT ALLOWED ON THESE...THE CHAT ROOM NOBODY IS THERE AM I DOING SOMETHING WRONG? AM I JUST THICK?:cry:ALSO CANT GET AN AVATAR????:break_diet:

go to FAQ on the blue strip at the top and it will help you abit , still learning myself

Also go on the blue strip and go on tutorials that will also help you , might be confusing at first but takes time to learn

It might be down to the number of posts you've done - you get more privileges as you increase posts.
I think it tells you under the technical thread (last one in the main menu).
