ok im sorry to be such a pain.... ok so i have done LL and lost 5 1/2 stone and im looking at nutrional info and comparing LL to exante and the fat and carb content is considerably higher... i understand that exante we only have 3 packs but the pack size is also bigger... can i still achieve similar results??? xxxxx
