could any one help plz i brought some ready made swede and carrot mash thinking it should be zero pro points now im not so sure theres not much nutrient values on it either anyone shed any light ?

Whats it say on the ingredients list, if they're all free your grand. Otherwise maybe put 'nutritional information of...' and name of product into the search engine on your internet. Most are free, don't think the ones from M&S are because they add butter. Hope this helps xx
