Judging from the magazine, you also have to count calories. There are some lovely recipes in the magazine. I'd love to do the Rosemary Conley diet but there are no classes near me.

you do both cals and the 5% fat rule for eg if you had a300g readymeal make sure it is 5% or under the mags if you cant get to group the mags gi ve good menu ideas ,you can also get the books
at class follow the hip and thigh plan on the good to know site gives menu s for rc too

you could always buy the RC book. its about £6 if you search amazon, play.com etc.

the book will give you recipe ideas and tell you your calorie allowance etc. tis very good.
