Havent been on for a couple of days - i'm going to try harder because was finding it really helpful.

Supposed to be going to Nandos tomorrow which will mean even more syns - i knew that these few days off would get messy because whenever me and OH are off together all we do is go out for food! Will try to make good choices but you know what i might just draw a line under it and start again next week - we've had a rough couple of weeks and think we deserve to enjoy ourselves (within some limits haha)!
 
Monday 19th November

Dinner - decided not to go to Nandos, made our own version instead!

Total syns = 8.5, have saved about 30 syns making our own so well chuffed ;)

It's a birthday so as long as you pull it back the rest off the week you should be fine Hun x

It was amazing - the peas were the nicest mmmmmm :) I'm going to have to miss WI this week because of work - probs for the best, means that can be extra good and hope make up for being naughty this week!x

Thanks hun - this is how i made it

Fried onions with medium curry powder
Add 1 tbsp madras paste (syns)
Chicken stock with a bit of water
Tin of toms
Fry the quorn/mushrooms/red pepper seperate - add to sauce
last minute add chopped coriander/mint and tbsp phili light with sweet chilli (HEA)

It tasted lush - was too hot for my DF but could have been hotter for me ;) x

Mash potato/roast pots
Brussels/leeks/peas
