I am struggling with the bog standard plain black teas, so I have looked again into the realm of flavoured teas.

I know we are not allowed fruit teas, however, I have discovered teapigs - caffeine free teabags - liquorice and peppermint. They are absolutely gorgeous......

Not sure if I am allowed them, but as the ingredients are 100% liquorice root and peppermint (and not from the pea pod the plant produces) that it would be okay.

Does anyone have any ideas if this okay?

Does anyone have any other nice teas they have discovered that are nice?

I know peppermint is okay, I was just told that the fruit ones have lemon in them that hampers the ketosis process and thats why we can't have those...no clue about liquorice...sounds well yummy tho!

I am trying Chai...not a lot though because I tend to hate black tea.
