Skinny on the inside
Just started ww (not for the first time!!) and am determined to try and keep this food diary going.
So, yesterday I had:

small tin tomato soup 2 pts
2 slices - crusts away bread 1 pts
frazzles 1 pts
1 good for you chicken enchilada 4.5 pts
small Mexican rice 2 pts
sour cream 3 pts
jalapeno’s 0
salsa 0
small glass red wine 2 pts
chocolate ginger 2 pts
TOTAL 17.5 pts
1.5 pts saved

Been good so far today too, hope I can keep it up

Saturday was a disaster!!! started well with:

mushrooms 0 pts

then descended into gluttony!!!!

7.5 points OVER!!!

Sunday was a little better

STILL 7.5 OVER THOUGH!!!!

Weigh in tomorrow so I dread to think wht that result will be. oh well, another monday, another fresh start.............
 
Just stick with it!!! Do a bit of extra excercise or just forget it and move on.
 
Well, despite going well over my points at the weekend I still managed a loss of 2.5lbs! :scale:
So onto this weeks food.

So far so good this week! i'm exercising at night too but I never use my points from this. Feeling good and stuck with it so far today too.

 
Wednesday

Made a delicious dinner last night which was only 6.5 pts and so filling I struggled to finish it. Pesto and feta stuffed mushrooms on garlic bread. Delighted to discover Asda’s good for you pesto is only 0.75 pts for a tablespoon!!

As I’ve said in my diary, the weekend was a bit all over the place as I was out on Friday night but then ill with cold the rest of the weekend. I have a huge pot of zero point soup which I intend to live on for the next 2/3 days as a mini detox so we’ll see how that goes.

Hi peeps, I had a couple of weeks where I fell off the wagon and was lucky to get a STS but I’ve been back on track for the last week and lost 5 lbs. Last week I was on 19 points so I’m going to put my food diary in here for the whole week for info. I WI on Tuesdays so will start there

Felt like I ate loads and I had 4 beers but I'm still bang on points. No way the extra points are getting used this week!

So, 15.5 points not used last week - I know thats naughty and really hope it doesn't slow me down if I eat a bit more this coming week. The weird thing is thats with me having a few beers and even a chinese, its amazing what I can manage for those 19 points...and I did lose 5lbs!!
In the tens now which means I've dropped a point and am down to only 18 per day.

I know. I'm terrible for skipping breakfast. it's mainly because I'm not a morning person at all and don't really feel like it till I get to work and then I'm so busy I don't get time.

I do also like to save points for the evenings as thats when I like to eat but I think I'll try getting some fruit in my diet for brekkie this week. That way I can eat it on the go and it'll bring my points up a bit.
 
That sounds like a really good idea :)
 
Bananas are always good im outta them at the moment so have been eating strawberries but i think bananas are the best for people who dont like brekie but feel they need something plus its one of your five a day and keeps you fuller for longer than other fruit :)
