Hey everyone,
Been propointing for awhile now & need a change, have never tried sf before so kinda nervous about it haha, going to do my tracking here, I only have to lose 5-6lbs to get to my goal but am struggling with it (constant battle!!)
Would love some tips if anyone has time to post any.

Well my great plan of sf has not taken off to a great start, it's like I jinxed myself by saying i was going to record my food intake on this....
I've eaten like I was never going to get another bit for the last 2 days so wipping the slate clean & I'm going to stick with pp's this week!!
My best buddy is getting hitched next friday so I need to be on best behaviour the next few day as my dress does not have much room in it lol...

So conclusion been gonna hold off for a week or two on the sf as nothing prepared for it & want to be able to focus on it properly as haven't tried this part of ww before (am I making excuses hahaha) !!!!
 
Ok so finally plucked up the courage to start today, can someone tell if what I've eating today is ok??!!

B: 2 boiled eggs

L: 2 slices ww bread
Wafer thin ham
Tomato,scallion & lettuce

D: gammon
Potato
Swede
Mushy peas

S: (to be had later)
0% greek yogurt
