    Ryt i have got to get my backside in to gear!!! Last jan i did sw and lost over a stone! But i cnt afford to go to groups this yr so im going it alone! With the help for you guys!!!

    I keep sayin im gonna do n dnt! Im a carb junkie so will b relyin alot on my green days!!! Ideas fr sweet n savory snacks wud b appreciated!! Xxx

    I like batchelors savoury rice for dinner, but I add onions, garlic, fresh chillies, peas and some tandoori powder. Have that about once a week and it's really good and very filling. Jacket potato, baked beans and cheese (hea) are fab too !! hope you get on ok! x

    I write everything down. I've spent years and years eating absolute crap and had to change it at the beginning of the year. I find that if I keep a paper diary and write everything down I can look back at it when I want to stray. I also read diaries on here for ideas and keep my own x

    So here goes my first diary entry.

    Breakfast
    3X rice cakes
    3X extra light laughing cow triangles

    4.5 syns

    Lunch
    Grilled chicken fillet with salad


    Tea
    Spiced grilled chicken with vegtables no potatoes
    Two ww cookies

    4 syns.

    Drank loads more water and sigar free squash today.
