well weigh in day again!! and another 2lb off :D a bit less than I would have liked but after losing 5 lbs last week i cant complain!!! that's 32lbs in 6 weeks now on to week 7. I thought this week to pass the time I would weigh daily i did it a couple of weeks back and it was fun although it is a lot slower now its good to see the ozs go down if not lbs. ps I feel fabby and have dropped 2 dress sizes :D:D:D:D

Hi Harriet you carry on hun when you are doing this diet for weeks and weeks at a time it does not matter how many times you weigh it's just about staying on track and not going insane lol I have weeks when i stick to my weigh day but when im struggling it really helps to watch the ozs drop too, it passes the time. have you got scales that show your lbs and ozs ?? xx
