    Hi all first day back to slimming world. This extra easy is interesting! Might need some guidance!

    B - 28G Ready Brake (made with water)(b)
    1/2 Options Hot choc 1syn

    L- Couscous 1 1/2 syns, Salad- lettuce, onion, tomato, cucumber. Pineapple, mango and melon. Muller light youg.

    D - Chicken Tonight Country French 1/3 jr 4syns, Chicken, peppers, carrots, rice. Marange nest 2 1/2, 0% Greek yogurt, sweetener, raspberries and blackberries.

    Syns - 9

    Well day two down and still going strong!
    B - Pineapple, Mango, Melon and 0% Greek yougart
    L - Chicken, cous cous, salad. Yougart
    D - Salad, Chicken, beef and ham. 1 Sl brown bread (b), Egg. 1tea spoon of colslaw and potato salad(9).
    1 Alpen Fudge (6)
    250ml Soya milk (a)

    here is to another good day tomorrow! :)

    Day three
    B - Ready Brake (b) Muller Light, Strawberries
    L - Salad with egg noodles, chicken.
    D - Gammon, Pineapple, baked potatoe and peas.
    Snacks - Pineapple, mellon and mango. Soya Milk (a) Alpen Fudge Bar (6)
