Aww thanks! I'm doing fine! Trying to reintroduce food steadily and carefully again post-holiday-blip. New job is incredibly busy but fab-u-lous so it's all good! How are you getting on with the programme? X

Hey hun, its going well thanks you - i am on day 11 now and it just feels part of life and i dont really think of eating food !!! i have my second weigh in today - i started on the satruday so had first weigh after 4 days, i am really excited - i know it sounds silly but i am sure i have lost some - even if its just water and the bloated bit!!!
sometimes when we are busy it leaves us less time to think about food so i suppose thats a good thing, but glad you are enjoying teh job x
