ok just a quick question, ive only just noticed that piladelphia is only a B choice on green i thought it was an A choice on all days - how confusing any body know why?
and ive been having it as 1 of my a choices since i started, whoops ive lost 2 stone so i guess it never hurt tho!

It is a HEB on green for the protein content - on red and EE it is assumed you will get your protein from free meat and fish so they make you use your HEB on fibre foods to ensure you get a balanced diet

Not enough calcium in phillie to count as a HEA I am afraid :(
