    As you can see from my signature I have finished on Cambridge and moved on to WW - was the decision I had always intended.

    Just miss everyone on here.

    Couldn't be happier at the minute either!

    Do you still have weight to lose on ww or are you maintaining? Are you seeing losses on ww? I'm going to swap to ww when I get under 10 st so I can start back in the gym properly

    hi hun did u have a break between cd and ww or straight on to it?
    4lb is brill hun well done esp after cd

    WW is a very good plan yeah. After VLCD-ing it can be scary to reintroduce carbs but it needs to be done slowly and gradually.

    Atkins, low GI and low-carbing are also great for moving on and then, later, for longterm maintenance.
