Do you still have weight to lose on ww or are you maintaining? Are you seeing losses on ww? I'm going to swap to ww when I get under 10 st so I can start back in the gym properly

hi hun did u have a break between cd and ww or straight on to it?
4lb is brill hun well done esp after cd

WW is a very good plan yeah. After VLCD-ing it can be scary to reintroduce carbs but it needs to be done slowly and gradually.

Atkins, low GI and low-carbing are also great for moving on and then, later, for longterm maintenance.
