Hi guys!
My name is Loz, I'm a Rosemary Conley lacky. I'm 24 and wonderfully unco-ordinated.

I've been on Rosemary Conley for about 2 months and have lost 1 and a half stones so far, but I still have a long way to go before I hit my ideal weight.

This week has been a bad one for me, so I'm looking to have a weight gain this Saturday, but hopefully the aerobics class will help shift that.

One thing I should probably add is that I'm a really fussy eater, spices and sauces are a big no-no for me. I also have underactive thyroid which is making it harder to lose the weight - but I persist!

How is everyone? :p

Hi Lozzica, Well done you on your loss so far, esp with your thyroid! I lose weight v slowly and also like my food so i tend to yoyo. well done on your persistance.

As for not liking sauces, that probably goes in your favour as its often the sauce that is calorie laden!!!

Ahhh so sauce dodging does have it's benefits! I've always been a fussy eater, the hardesr part of the diet is finding food I'll happily eat within the ranges we can have. Once I find something I tend to cook it over and over until I can't stand eating one more meal of it! Do you have any favorite recipes?
