Hi, I'm Juin I am new to this forum really just looking for more info on how to lose more weight =]

I am currently 20 years old weigh 97Kg ( 210lbs roughly ) and about 5'7 or 172 cm which according to my BMI of about 32, i am obese!!

I have done a lot of martial arts in the past, but my stamina wise not that great...

Welcome to this site, they are all a great bunch.

I guess with so many diets on offer out there it is up to you how you want to lose, healthy eating and exercise are always going to be the best way but if like me you need more help the list is endless.

Personally I am on a diet called Go Lower where I have packets of food that are already prepared I just have to pop them in the microwave and eat. I also have a couple of treats supplied by Go Lower and so far I am managing really well but although I am really happy with my diet and could bore you silly with how good I think it is you have to think about what suits you.

Good luck with making your choice and keep us updated on how you are doing. Everyone on here is very supportive, they got me through a stressful week last week.
