Hey everyone -

Not been on for a couple of weeks.

3 WI's ago I had a 1lb gain - I was gutted... really really demotivated especially after all my hard work at the gym. But in the last 2 weeks, I've lost 1.5lb's each time.

I've resigned myself to being a SlooooooooW loser and will just have to get on with it.

On the otherhand - with all my gym-bunnieness, I measured myself last night - having originally done it 5 weeks ago and I've lost 2.5 inches from my waist (I'm very hour-glass shaped anyway) 1.5 inches from my hips and 1/2 an inch from each thigh... arms are still the same. It's a nice NSV and a good motivation boost to keep going to the gym.

Wow that's fab! And just think, 1.5lbs per week over a year is more than 5 stone!! Not too shabby really ;p Keep it up and try not to get demotivated (I know it's hard not to sometimes!). I might measure myself too actually, just to see whats happening in that department as well as on the scales :)
Wow, well done! I've recently joined a gym and if I see results like that, I'll be a happy bunny! You've really motivated me to give it my all; I've not really done any long-term exercise before :)

1.5lbs a week is amazing btw :)
